Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be in original condition with seals intact whenever applicable.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used makeup brushes/applicators, opened mascaras, and heavily used cosmetics are not eligible unless defective on arrival.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and free gifts are non-returnable.
3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
Please email summermotor@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Fees
Original shipping is free; return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
For faster service, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
7. Refund Timing
Approved refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
