Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

  • Items must be in original condition with seals intact whenever applicable.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used makeup brushes/applicators, opened mascaras, and heavily used cosmetics are not eligible unless defective on arrival.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and free gifts are non-returnable.

3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please email summermotor@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Fees

Original shipping is free; return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

For faster service, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
